“Exploring Patalpani Waterfall – A Thrilling Marvel Near Indore”

The place of enthralling experience, this Adventure-packed Waterfall is located in the Mhow (now, Ambedkar Nagar) tehsil of Indore district in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The majestic waterfall is formed by the Choral River. The waterfall falls from the height of approx. 300 feet.  

The Patalpani is a combination of two words one is of Sanskrit language “Patal” which means “hell” or “narak”, and “Pani” is of Hindi language which means “water”. In essence, Patalpani can be perceived as “a flow submerging towards the gates of hell”.

Journey to Adventure:  

If you are planning to travel to Patal-pani by railway, it is located just 35 km from Indore Railway Station. The nearest and most convenient stations to reach Patal-pani by train are Indore and Mhow. You can also travel by bus, car, or taxi, depending on your convenience and budget.  

If one wants to travel by bus to Patal-pani waterfalls. Then first of all they have to arrive to Indore. Indore has a daily bus service from Indore to Mhow. By road distance from Indore to Mhow (Ambedkar Nagar) is approximately 25-30 kms which can be covered in 60 minutes. Once reached to Ambedkar Nagar you can take rickshaw to cover the remaining 8kms distance to reach Mysterious Waterfall.
